Charles G in the chat says coaching hires are 75% relationship based like it or not. There is a fuzzy line between crony ism you know nepotism and actually having better insight into the character you're hiring for the job right because that's one of the biggest problems I think in a lot of places. Charles G: "There is some validity to wanting or to the extra knowledge you gain from knowing somebody there is also a tendency to just want to give jobs to your buddies"
