Over and undervalued exchange rates are crucial to monitary economics. Croatia is going to have an over valued exchange rate when they join the uro next year, that will lead our long term structural problems here. ireland now has an undervalued exchange rate. And our longterm structural problems are problems not of money, but of capacity. Far too much investment, argualy, too much immigration and too much overheating. I'm still on the mend.
