Change Management - How Can We Be Better Allies?

We need to focus our efforts towards the systems more so than the individuals. Clear processes related to a negotiations, youknow, promotions, salaries, things like that. Women in historically under represented talent are oftentimes so underpaid. We're perpetuating that issue by basing their salary our company based on what they made be for. So i think there's a lot, depending on your role, that that you can do to question these processes that really need to be questioned.
