I always had the idea of sending all the homeless people to live in the forest. Youl give them actual shelter and bathrooms and some things they need, but let the homeless people clean up the forest. They'll just go out there every day remove some brush. It actually sounds like an idyllic life, doesn't it? Live in the forest, do drugs and a just clean up some brush once in a while.
