Do You Have Anxiety When You Can't Face Your Fears?

Anxiety is a funny thing, right? If you could always go out and face your fears, do you even havean ety any more? It's not so much that it cures the corps anxiety, but it desensitizes you to it. And if you can desensitize yourself to anxiety, that can give you some relief. When you're in the grip of anxiety, if it's a nine out of ten or ten out of ten, it's very difficult to to do c b t at all in that moment.
