The Otani Rule in the All-Star Game

The 2021 All-Star game Otani rule is the perfect precedent for this, though I certainly wouldn't want this rule to eventually make its way into actual games like that one did. That way the game kicks off with the true stars, but if it's close late, then we still get to see them in the high leverage spots. It would also be a bit of a slap to be like, oh, Alias Diaz, sorry, you're out of the game, we're bringing back the first trigger. You got to go back to the bench now. The format of the game itself, we can be within reason, I think a little creed as the circumstances call for.
