The Bondage of Self
In the third step prayer, it talks about the bondage of self. The bondage of self to me was those old belief systems because when those old belief system came up, so did the feelings of childhood. We've all got our stories. And I don't think those stories are there to keep us stuck. They're there so we can get free of them. That's what my dad taught me. See what he taught me was this.
