The Role of Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation in Therapy-Related NPM1-Muted AML
Free survival was similar for patients with therapy-related NPM1-mutated AML. Only approximately 20% of patients from each of the three studied groups received allogeneic stem cell transplantation in first complete remission. DnM-T3A and TET2 mutations likely represent pre-malignant clonal hematopoiesis, not mutations selected by chemo or radiotherapy.
