Will Foreign Universities Give a Great Deal of Competition to Indian Universities?

If foreign universities are allowed to open branches in India, then lots of Indians who go abroad for those foreign degrees may not have to do that anymore. It will also be good for people who are seeking jobs as teachers and professors or whatever. So I'm talking about the positives right now.
