The Effects of Gelatin on Beer Haze

It is possible you could be getting crud in your beer. gelatin isn't a panacea that's right it's not like you add gelatin and the beer drops clear every time they're different finding agents and a lot of different things that play into haze. If you are using tap water go to the store spend 10 dollars on some some spring water or whatever  you know is good build it up to your preferred profile then try brewing a batch doing that. I would think that maybe there is a spoilage bacteria or something in a part of your cold side process that can create a hazy beer as well.
