I do a good sort of three and a half four miles but then with the dog um but that is still going through emails of it's just combining my times really to be the most efficient so there is a dead spot actually we're just coming up to it which sounds really weird. I get like 20 minutes of you literally like right lovely I can't tell you literallyYeah no one get hungry for this 20 minutes the funny thing is they probably work out they've probably got used to your routine  and call him now well I have and they'll call you the second very true.
