I've Been Thinking About It for About 3 Years Now.

I was shocked to see him taking photos of my apartment building window like his phone angled upwards towards my window. I immediately deleted him off of Facebook and he noticed and messaged me within about two days after this happening. It's too coincidental not to be creepy you know. Chances are he probably didn't get good photos from his photo camera with all the sunlight glares and such so here's the hoping that he never creeps around my window without me noticing again. Kind of a selfish thought but you know.
