How to Boost Melatonin in the Night

If you're traveling on the West Coast, take it six hours before your ideal bed. It is much more effective for when you're going to West to East. We also use this tactic and trying to shift people's circadian rhythm when they have like a delayed sleep phase or an advanced sleep phase. In extreme cases, we may actually do supplement melatonin supplementation when they wake up at three in the morning because of their circadian rhythm.
