How to Be Fully Present in a Meeting

Sten: One of my superpowers is me up coaching and teaching on the whiteboard. If I can operate in the context of like Sten is here to teach coach and do what he does best, that per meeting saves me at least an hour. And a lie I used to tell myself was it everybody thinks what I think or everybody enjoys the things I enjoy. That's not where you thrive and get energy. It's not the best use of your time. So find someone who's it is and use them.
