The Exploratory Factor Analysis Model Isn't All That Explosive, Is It?
If you submit your data to an exploratory factor analysis, my guess is you are going to get the mother of all first components. And so then youare left with this position of having to sort out these competing worlds. But those are more what we could call residualized factors by factors that are there. So when i teach this, i wrote a little few lines of code and sass where i generate a three factor solution. I mean, it is magic.
