Is There a Role for Decompressive Ranac?

There may be a roll here for decompressive cranac tom for patients who have really bad cerebral dema. These are probably some of the patients who may benefit most from decompressive ranac to me, because they're oftentimes younger and the underlying disease process is more treatable. It could maybe work with mechanical clot disruption, sucking up that clot or delivering local obalitics. But right now, this doesn't seem to be a standard therapy.
