The CEO of Drift talks about his approach to storytelling, sales and marketing. He says it's hard on the binary: "It should be X or it should be Y" The company uses a technique from Charlie Munger called 'invert' that starts with what would have to be true for an answer to be correct. And so everything they do at Drift is based on this inverted model because we believe that’s true, not the buyer perspective.
