The exiled mayor of the occupied Ukrainian town of Militapal or Melitopal has cited reports indicating that Russian occupation authorities in the south might be preparing an evacuation. He's also reported general panic in the town and long lines to petrol stations. Those working for the occupation administration are reportedly told to telling people to stay at home in the case of explosions.
