A young man remembered the first three letters of this license plate and the make and model of that fan. He said, Oh, yeah, I did see this van. It was a little weird. I thought they were gonna steal my bike. And oh, by the way, I know the license plate number. Bam. Then they did the search and then they got 77 hits. And then they narrowed it down to true's name.
