The Power of Negotiation

Google and YouTube could learn a lot from this. I think it's an interesting way to think about it. It really is the question of who has the power in the negotiation. New York politicians thought that once Amazon had announced it, that Amazon would feel like it was on the hook. But guess what? They don't. If it's a hassle now, it's going to be a hassle for the next 50 years and forget this, like we're out of here.
