Mental health is obviously something that I'm deeply passionate about, it's something that you have to focus on acutely. And I'm intrigued by mental resilience because I never quite know if I meant to push myself a bit further to cultivate resilience or if I should be slowing down and seeking peace. It's great equipping ourselves with simple tools that can help us before the storms of life come. But one thing we do know is that the storms always do come in whatever fashion.
