When you're ordering out or you're on the travel and going, I would suggest to you like look for your lean protein. And that's it. You don't need to have anything else with that. Like intention, buy in is everything. If I can get somebody to buy into our process, if I can get people to do what they're doing that's all it is. When you sit down and say, hey, Bear Shack Shake Shack at 11:30 a.m., today I'm going to hit 315 squats for 12 reps. That intention is powerful, dude. We'll go one more mile than we've ever gone before."
