In this new environment where most of us are working remotely an across dier time stones, that can be even more important than ever to create some boundaries. And i was guilty of being the one that would send emals to my team at two a m at four a m thinking like, now, it's fine. They can reply whenever they want. It doesn't send any kind of message. It's just when i work best. So i think setting those counts of b boundaries, not only for yourself, but for everyone else, is really important....
