How to Maximize Django's Growth

I haven't felt like this since the DRF Kickstarter all those years ago, if you remember that, right? We really are in a ripe and fertile time. Let's maximize it. Well, and I think having committees and stuff is a good way to keep people involved,. But maybe can't do the full board or fellowing. Like I'm definitely going to volunteer for something.
