The One Page Business Case
The one page business case that you are building with your champion is the thing that you are bringing into that executive meeting. The idea or the practice that you want to do is immediately inside of three to five words, align yourself with something that the executive has already sold on. Most executives will develop a type of internal shorthand to signal to their staff what they're referencing.
