The Importance of Service
Jason Flyland: I started to think about, you know, the people in pain who would really need relief from this pain. And so it was always a matter of service. First and foremost, that was the attitude is they are not going to be better off not buying this product. It doesn't take much by the way, just if you're an inch taller than everybody else you're the tallest person in the market. That's how you get an edge.
