Is There a Path to Science?

In France, there's no such thing as MD PhD programs. So if you go to med school, you're destined to essentially become a doctor. The selection process is at the end of the first year in med school in France. It's very, very hard, tight selection and tightly based on 100% memorization. But it wasn't for me. I decided to switch and there was an equivalent. And so I could go to second year of college, basically directly and took off from there. That's really what I wanted to do. Yeah.
