Matthew Olsman's Love for Vivi Francis
The poet Matthew Olsman is in love with his wife, Vivi Francis. He's paying attention to so many interesting things you know he notices that she wears pink and we hear that she writes and reads and reads critically. I think in many ways this poem has attention held between it between noticing and courtesy for observing somebody but also knowing that even when they're observed they're still a private person.
