I think sometimes when clinicians get into what I call the play by play, as you mentioned, kind of this therapist said client said, it can inadvertently become a smudgy novel. And we don't want our progress notes to read that way. So thank you for bringing up that point. You alluded to it earlier and I want to revisit it. It's important because we're thinking about what just happened in the session and what we did and could we have had a different intervention?
