I quit my job at Microsoft, went to Florida where our parents lived" He says he was going to move to San Francisco to start a company but got bored and launched an app called Escut Superlatives. Solomon sold the business eight months or 10 months later for $1.75 million. His father told him to stop buying houses in 2008 because prices were too high.
