Lewis: One of the things that I try to tell my kids is be nice to everybody, build networks outside of areas that you're kind of most comfortable. Some things that have worked well for me have been on the venture capital side. He says his favorite one happened a little bit later in life and he thinks it spoke to like the almost the desire to get back. Lewis: By the way, we're pretty darn demanding.
