What Can the Current President Do to Solve the Trilanka Debt Crisis?
The concern is that the protests make the country look too unstable to get an i m f bail out package. If all proceeds as ideally as trilanka would like, it's expected that the balop funds could come by the end of the year. On top of the i m f process srilanca will need to discuss debt with its bilateral lenders. The president is expected to ask japan to invite the countries that have given bilateral loans to silanga. So that includes china and india.
