The Importance of the iPAC in Post-It Surgery

I find sometimes doing an iPAC with the patient in the supine position do I frogleg the knee do I go from underneath do I mean it's all a bit fiddly but how important you think the iPAC is? First of all is FAF spelled with a silent P or is it is it FAF? Well I spell it FAF and you know the Germanic spelling is more like the FAFYeah no no no I don't think it's I don'tthink it's a silent P I mean they always say well I'm it's FAFing about in the anesthetic room.
