Mentoring and Growing a Russ Team
I think mentoring and growing a team is one of the most important things anyone can do a Russ team, honestly. It's hard to let go of code that I wrote and like, let somebody else kind of maintain it because you worry that they're not going to get the essence or all the stuff that you really put your heart into. So they're kind of like your Luke Skywalker, right? Just training them into all of the niceties of the stuff you built.
