Coach Style
The 80 coach's style is very flexible. Depending on which player i'm working with, i might push some players more. I might step back with some other players. My feedback is more through tweeds rather than Facebook status of dates. We want a decision making element out of it. So you'll see me give our players individual time outs wher they have to come up with solutions. But for the most part, i want our players those situations, making those decisions and actively learning through that method.
