I would like to hear from Sylvia as well on whether the banking union will ever be completed. I think it's realistic to combine a regulatory treatment of sovereign exposures that would push for less concentrated exposures in one single country and genuine European deposit insurance. It's very difficult and so we're not going to see it unless there is a crisis got forbid, but these problems are not going away. Nikolai Bruegel probably also needs to be credited for inventing the term 'banking union'
