What a Kind Way of God to Start That Story
Luke begins with an account of this barren couple in the Bible. It's God's way of saying the future belongs to the barren it doesn't belong to the fakund, he says. Luke points out that they are righteous their barrenness is not punishment. The lineage of Christ is full of barrenness yeah it is and we weren't facing infertility but boy for a couple that's facing miscarriage and they're facing infertility they have had no live children born.
