Heroku is a cloud computing company that was recently acquired by Google. In his first day at Heroku, Eric Schmidt told employees to "just ship something" He says the culture of non-shipping broke down and he's seen it in other organizations as well. His advice: Start shipping small things now instead of big projects later on.
