Is Healthcare a Pure Capitalist System?

I think we're probably being a little bit unfair because nobody's best thinking comes out on Twitter. It's a much better place to complain than it is to weigh the strengths and weaknesses of the American healthcare system. And you know, one more thing just to add before we close this loop. Most people in this country are really fine with with healthcare not being a pure capitalist system. But my only, I guess, defense of sort of the the libertarians in the room - they genuinely believe that prices would fall for everybody.
