Charles Darrow's New Game

After years of financial struggle Darrow has an idea. He calls up his friend and he says hey Charles love the game. Can you write me out all the rules? I would love a written copy of them all. And this means the landlord's game was being passed around by word of mouth no longer had its namesake for what it was. So Lizzie is fighting hard to keep the game in production. She manages to get a second edition of the game published in 1932. However this was short lived so she has not like forgotten about her game.
