Scars don't have to hurt, and most scars don't hurt. But there's other things that can happen around scars which can create pain as well. A i guess, a adjacent slide can be an issue. Nerve bundles around the air might become a little it irritated, too. There's other aspects of pain that could be associated with it as well. However, for the most part, i don't think when you're getting tissue work on, what you're really getting the benefit of is breaking up the scar tissue.
