Puton's Options in This War?

The war is clearly not going well for russia, given the man power issues you've just talked about. Let's not forget that a lot of ammunition was probably destroyed through pimeor strikes in the last couple of months. What are puton's options here? N if he's starting to lose territory, he's running out of man what can he possibly turn us around? Is there anything at all? Abs, a good question. I mean, i think enact stop losst policies, te clare this of war and o take the political risk of of baby using conscripts  and make it a real partial mobilization.
