In order to rule out that tamprnad, we do need to see the pericardium. And if you can't answer those questions with trans thoracic, then a transsophogl is is simply a modality that can offerit a some some data and that and that scenario. So yes, the answer is the same. You want to follow your a, b, c, and approach the patient as you normally do - before securing your airway.
