How to Plan a Managed Growth Strategy

Andrew Keen: I used to go to library every weekend and get IBD on the weekends. We have a filtering and scoring and screening process for our managed growth strategy. It's a long short portfolio. And what we do is we find that could be anywhere from 30 to 70 stocks that come through that process, depending on the climate of what's going on. At the end of 2019, we only had like 28 names. This was an environment that you would think should be pretty good, right? Because it stopped going up.
