Is There a Burr Grinder?

If you're going to be making espresso, then the grinder is like critical. There's something about the way the blade interacts with the bean where it really is more bitter. I didn't look at the paper but I saw a tweet about this is a tangent. No spray with like seaweed extract in it. Have you heard of this? It's some red seaweed extract. And they showed an 80% decrease in relative risk of coven for people who use this nasal spray.
