But we know from what the PINGY government does with loans is that it funds its capital budget. A lot of the loans go to high impact infrastructure projects, and most of it goes to transport utilities in the health sector. So this was a 12-month loan given in November 2019, theoretically it should have been paid back in November 2020. Was the money paid back?
