The core thing was always that people side. It was what can we show them from this GitHub data? So GitHub's our first integration. How can we recognize and really start to value that work? Another was, how can we support wellbeing with this tool? In the knowledge economy, it's people doing work. We're not machines. And so how can we then get better feedback loops on like, hey, here's where the team might be at risk of burnout?"
