Our happiness and our success at work depends so much on the quality of the working relationships that we have. I wanted to give people a tool that would give them a greater chance of building the best possible relationship with anybody they worked with. The goal is how do you get whatever relationship you're in to be as close to its potential as possible? So the good ones are really good. The solid ones are really solid, verging on good. And the bad ones are the least bad they can be.
