The Future of Coffee in India
A regional is going to become more and more important because we're present in 44 cities. What works in the north of India from a food point of view may not work for the south or east of India. We have been really iconic as far as the third place is concerned, but we also want to be leaders of the fourth place. So whether it's to the mobile app or giving customers a chance to experience the brand wherever and whenever they want. These are going to be our priority areas going forward.
