Shawan: How do you handle difficult communications? One potential answer is not, don't have themy althouh. For a lot of people, that's the way they handle it. And then they end up becoming bitter, and they feel like they're taken advantage of. I think you have to address them, but you have to find away do it. We judge other people by their actions, but we judge ourselves by our intentions.
